Lemonade worth

Lucy and Max decided that today was the perfect day for a lemonade stand. Dad was at his Hunting course all day, and we were stuck at home without a vehicle. It was nice and sunny and all those things together equals a lemonade sign.

Seriously, i'd buy lemonade from these kids. Oh wait, I did. 3 times. Plus, I paid for the lemonade. Oh well. They loved it.

Our neighbour Jack and his little brother and parents came for a cup. And our other neighbour Joanne came for a cup too. It was a slow day, but we enjoyed it.

A few days later, Tyler and I were discussing finances at the dinner table and Lucy volunteered her piggy-bank money (including the lemonade stand money) to help us out. So sweet. We are still debating whether we need a second vehicle or not. We seem to be able to get by with just one, except on Sundays when Tyler has to be at early morning meetings (which he usually gets a ride to) and needs to get his young men to church. They just don't seem to get out of bed for anyone but him.

So the temporary solution is that the kids and I will be early to church so Tyler can take the car and pick up Young Men. It'll work for now. And then we don't need to rob the kids from their lemonade money.
