She got a Fancy Nancy book from the library a few weeks ago on throwing the perfect Tea Party. And it's all she's talked about for weeks, so a day off school was a perfect opportunity.
Lucy had her friends decorate placemats, and then they ate cookies and drank juice. They played candy land and then it was very apparent that they were hyper from sugar, so we went downstairs for a musical chairs and a dance party to wear off some sugar. Our music was so loud we didn't hear the doorbell ring when their parents came to pick them up. Too fun!
